86 trophies split into 77 Bronze, 7 Silver, 1 Gold and 1 Platinum: 56 for the base game, 10 for each of the 3 included DLCs (Faster, Baby!, Stones Unturned, Sign of the Times).
Plan for 3 to 4 playthroughs of the base game (around 50h) to aim for the Platinum efficiently: one relaxed playthrough for the story and missables, a cleanup pass for driving and misc trophies, then 2 racket speedruns (one killing, one recruiting) that can't be combined on the same save.
Several cumulative counter trophies (kills, rackets, informants...) were historically buggy on the old PS4 version: their progress could reset after quitting the app, crashing, or updating. It isn't confirmed whether this is still the case on this native PS5/Xbox Series 2026 version, but as a precaution, avoid quitting mid-farm and disable automatic updates.
7 trophies are missable (see the Main story tab): they require either recruiting and finishing the 3 associates' missions before the end of their storyline, or keeping a precise number of Underbosses alive or loyal until the mission "Yet Here We Are". Make a manual save before these points of no return.
The 3 included DLCs (Faster, Baby!, Stones Unturned, Sign of the Times) each add 10 trophies. No confirmed missable was found there: two story trophies ("There Are No Dominos" and "...Worse Than Dying") remain unverified points of uncertainty, but everything suggests they're automatic.
