Expect 70 to 100 hours for the Platinum. One run is enough in theory if you clean everything up before Main Quest 14.
The game only has 2 autosaves (one normal and one Inn-Save at every rest), no free manual save. Make sure to use PS+ Cloud Save as a safety net, disabling auto-sync so it doesn't overwrite your backup.
Remember the location of the very first Seeker's Token you find: a later Sphinx riddle specifically depends on this personal location.
Before resting at an inn, dismiss hired pawns and "kill" your main pawn (throw it off a cliff): pawns can catch Dragon's Plague and kill all villagers while you sleep, which can block quests.
Be at least level 45 before committing to the endings: two end-game bosses instakill a level 30 character.
POINT OF NO RETURN: Main Quest 14 "A New Godsway", right before giving the 15 Wyrmslife Crystals to the Magick Lab researcher. Finish ALL the side content you want before this step: once the crystals are given, you are irreversibly committed to the endings path.
