One half of Daft Punk produced a track for the GTA 6 album
Rockstar Games and Atlantic Records have announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, GTA 6's official soundtrack, a 34-track original record releasing November 19, 2026, alongside the game. Among the first six tracks revealed, one name stands out: Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, one half of Daft Punk, produced "RHYNO," Travis Scott's track on the album.
A rare appearance, not a reunion
Since Daft Punk split in 2021, Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo's production credits have been scarce. Several outlets are quick to stress this point: it's in no way a reunion of the duo, just a single, isolated new production credit alongside Travis Scott.
The six tracks revealed so far
Rockstar and Atlantic Records have unveiled a first wave of songs: Travis Scott's "RHYNO" (co-produced by Guy-Manuel), Yung Lean's "That's It" featuring Future and Metro Boomin, "Sexy Magic" bringing together CA7RIEL, Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.., and Étienne de Crécy, Morgan Wallen's "Last Thing You Need," Rauw Alejandro's "Macacoa 2000," and Keith Richards' "Bright Lights, Big City." The other 28 tracks remain unannounced as of now.
Collector vinyl and CD editions
The album will be available on streaming platforms, as well as on CD and vinyl, with several collector editions sold only through the album's dedicated site, including a "liquid-filled" vinyl edition and a "splatter" edition, each with unique colors and artwork per retailer.
What's next?
Rockstar said more information is coming about the game's dynamic score and what the studio calls the "next evolution" of the series' in-game radio stations, without giving further details for now.

The bottom line
Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo produced Travis Scott's track on Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, a rare appearance since Daft Punk's end in 2021, but clearly not a reunion of the duo. The 34-track album drops November 19, 2026, alongside the game, with only six songs revealed so far.
